We paid €700 for 10 days in this roughly 20-square-meter place in central Zingst. It's one room with a shower and toilet. The kitchenette is tucked into a cupboard, with a fridge, a two-burner cooktop, a sink, and a rather questionable assortment of dishes. The glasses didn't match, and the furnishings looked dated. There's a small TV, but no instructions; it took me hours to get it working, and nobody was around to help. We also had to bring our own sheets and towels. On one occasion, an unfriendly woman angrily told us to move our car to another parking space, though no one had told us in advance. I wouldn't stay here again. 😔😢

We stayed at St. Michael Parish Hall, Apartment 3, Hafenstraße 45, in Zingst in August 2017. There was no apology or compensation after I complained to Ms. Bräutigam at the tourist information room booking office, so I strongly advise anyone who cares about cleanliness against booking here. The room was extremely dirty: the floor was gritty with sand, and under the bed were fist-sized dust bunnies. In the bathroom we found long hairs from previous guests and a dirty toilet. The dishes were dirty too, the fridge smelled of fish, and the cupboards and lamps were dusty. The website's slogan is "Accommodations for feeling good," which didn't match our experience. An update from August 24, 2017: after reading my review, Mr. Sievert from the room rental agency refunded €50 for one night's accommodation as a small compensation. If you're dissatisfied too, I highly recommend contacting Mr. Sievert directly.

Simple but clean, and quiet at night despite being right in the middle of things. The beach and harbor are both a short walk away.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very clean and centrally located. The furnishings are old, though they aren't worn out.
