The large balcony was a lovely place to relax, and the furnishings were very tasteful. There were mosquito screens on every window, too. It’s a modern, very nice apartment in a quiet spot, while still being central enough to walk everywhere.

The apartment is dark and, apart from the central location, doesn’t have much to offer. The furnishings are showing their age, with plenty of worn, dull, or missing items. There was no promised guest toilet, and several other things were missing too. Instead, we found lots of dust, cobwebs, hair in the bathroom, and miscellaneous junk in the closet. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. It’s in a commercial building, which should have been made clear. The balcony isn’t much use if you mind cigarette smoke drifting over constantly, either from the neighbor’s apartment or from the bakery tables directly below. And if you’re happy to be woken by bakery deliveries from 5 a.m. onward, this is the place for you.
