Villa Deichgraf -Fewo Zingst

The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the beach was the most beautiful I've visited in Germany. If you're hoping to collect stones, though, there isn't much to find. What really let us down was the advertised “sea view” at Apartment 4 in Wiek. In summer and autumn, the view is of the dike, with treetops and bushes behind it. When it was windy, the sound came from the trees, not the sea. We chose the place because of that promised view, so this was especially disappointing. When we raised it, the booking agency woman sent us to her department and got rude, saying that if I couldn't hear the sea, it must be my ears.
