The beds were okay, but the sofa and armchairs were so uncomfortable, and the apartment felt quite dark. We stayed in Villa Dünenblick 02, where people walking along the busy dike path can see straight onto the terrace and inside. It was handy for the pier, beach, and pedestrian zone, though the two dog beaches were each 2.5 km away. For an older apartment, the cleanliness was acceptable, but there were a lot of cobwebs and the patio door glass hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, so we refilled it ourselves. There was no freezer compartment for our ice packs for the drive home, and no vacuum cleaner or broom. The radio sounded awful.

We stayed over New Year's Eve 2023/24 and found the apartment perfectly clean. It was exceptionally well equipped too. The Baltic Sea is very close, I think less than 100 meters away.

A very friendly woman gave us the keys, and we had a parking space right outside the door. The apartment was lovely, cozy, and especially clean, with fast, steady Wi-Fi. It's about as close to the beach as you can get. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it.
