Really great.

I booked and paid for an overnight stay through Booking.com, but was then told I had to bring my own bedding and towels. No bedding dimensions were given. I was also told my car had to fit the host’s standard: 1.8 m wide, 4.4 m long, and 1.55 m high. Mine was 15 cm longer. On the way back from Saasnitz, I looked around to check whether parking would really be a problem. When I arrived, I was able to drive in, even though the owner had put up chained bollards to restrict access. After a long exchange, I told the host I would face legal consequences over being charged for the accommodation and the lack of information about these requirements in the listing. I was then assured I could cancel for free, though I could have lost 80% of my deposit.

The landlady was extremely friendly and gave us a lovely welcome. We were very happy with everything and had a wonderful vacation. The villa is close to the beach, just a walk through the forest next door. Even though we booked very spontaneously, we got a really good deal for four nights.

The landlady was unfriendly from the start and simply hung up when I asked questions. The listing said there were two bedrooms, but there’s only one. There’s clutter everywhere, dust throughout, and dirt in every corner. I’m really not picky, but this is unacceptable, especially at €200 a night. The hallway smells very unpleasant, and the towels smell the same. I’ve truly NEVER experienced anything like it. I was promised an invoice, but still haven’t received one. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.
