I left after just two nights and cut my vacation short. I wasn’t given a refund or even an apology, and the staff didn’t respond. There were no blackout blinds, just pale yellow curtains, so the sun-facing room woke me at 4:30 in the morning. When I arrived, dead wasps were on the floor, and the room wasn’t clean enough. Showering and washing my hair was nearly impossible because there was hardly any water pressure, and warm water was only there sometimes. I can’t believe a place like this still exists. Absolutely not recommended.

The apartment had a great location and enough amenities, and we’d hoped for a few relaxing days in Zinnowitz on the Baltic Sea for my birthday. Instead, we were very disappointed. It wasn’t clean when we arrived, and the later cleaning was only superficial. A staff member saw that there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom, so showering was impossible. We asked several times for the apartment to be cleaned and the pressure fixed, but nothing came of it. The hotel never contacted us or apologized. We won’t recommend it or come back.

The location was good, but we couldn’t use the balcony at all. It was badly neglected, with weeds between the paving stones and verdigris on the railing and the metal plates underneath. The window frame leading out to it needed cleaning too. The apartment looked clean at first, but closer inspection showed cobwebs in every room and a jumble of mismatched dishes. We were glad we didn’t cook there. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was rotting at the bottom, and the shower or tub screen was very dated. The tub was so slippery that I slipped while showering. A non-slip mat would make sense, though with so many people using one it would probably be unhygienic. The price for what you get is completely unacceptable. I also don’t understand building three floors without an elevator or even a luggage lift. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We found a clean, modern three-room apartment and don’t understand all the negative reviews. There’s no elevator, but we knew that before arriving.
