For five years now, we've spent our visits to Zinnowitz at Haus Werder, where the owner has always been friendly and helpful. The house sits in a quiet spot on the edge of town, and each of its four apartments comes with a parking space. The apartments are tastefully furnished. Bed linen is supplied, though you have to bring your own towels. We'd recommend the place. The one thing that can be a bit hit or miss is the Wi-Fi.
We stayed at Haus Werder for 14 days, our second holiday there since 2015. This time we were in the accessible bungalow, with two adults and our children, aged 17 and 15. From arrival right through to leaving, everything went smoothly. The hosts were wonderful, and the house was clean and well-kept. We were completely happy with the stay and can recommend it without reservation.
We felt comfortable despite a few accessibility limitations. The apartment itself is nice, well-maintained and in a quiet spot. There are no grab bars beside the toilet or in the shower, which would make things easier for wheelchair users, and the beds are a little low for transferring from a wheelchair. Otherwise, we had no complaints.
The Baltic Sea is a 10-15 minute walk away. There is parking, and the place is modern and furnished very well.
Quietly situated, clean and modern inside, this is a very nice holiday home with several apartments.
