The apartment is 161 square meters, with luxurious furnishings and genuine antiques. A huge bathroom with a sauna and a fully equipped kitchen make it feel especially well appointed. There's also a fireplace in the spacious living room, perfect for romantic evenings. A great place for guests who want something special. We made unforgettable memories and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious suite, which is decorated with charm and great attention to detail. Ms. Albrecht provided excellent service with the key handover and showing us around, and that added to our enjoyment. The beach and town center are easy to reach on foot, with good shopping nearby. We had everything we needed and will definitely come back.

My wife, our dog, and I spent a week at Villa Morgentau in Zinnowitz on Usedom. With three apartments, the villa feels peaceful while still being central, close to both the town center and the Baltic Sea. It was a pleasant, welcoming place to stay. Apartment 2 had everything we needed and was a good base for exploring Zinnowitz and all sides of Usedom. Many thanks to Ms. Zack for the kind communication and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and hope to return soon.

We felt more at home here than we had on a holiday in ages. The villa and the apartment are both exceptionally lovely, and the coastal forest is right nearby. You can walk to the Baltic Sea beach easily.
