Villa Kaiserhof

The accommodation itself is very good, but the bunk bed that's there can't be used. So the third person ends up sleeping on the sofa, which makes no sense at this price. I raised it with touristonline24 and got brushed off. They seem to already know about the issue.

It's a pretty building with a grand name, but the first impression didn't last. The grounds are badly maintained, and inside the furniture is worn and basic, the rooms feel cramped, and the walls are chipped. The shower was a mess, and the place feels put together without much care. Dividing it into apartments must cause real friction in summer, when everything is already so tight. The price was reasonable since it was only a place to sleep. There is parking for the apartment, which is useful. But even in winter, you have to walk over the landscaped lawn to reach the terrace and ground-floor apartment. A few simple stepping stones would make that much easier and look good, too. What a shame.

I've stayed in this apartment twice, once with my family and once on my own, and it worked well for both. Villa Kaiserhof is a beautiful villa in the heart of Zinnowitz, and the apartment is spacious and lovely. The furnishings and equipment meet the standard I'd expect for the rental price, with nothing lacking. Everything is within a ten-minute walk, including the beach, supermarkets, and promenade, and the immediate area is very attractive. I'd definitely recommend it for a Baltic Sea holiday.

We stayed at Villa Kaiserhof many years ago, and it looks exactly as it did back then in these photos. I don't even want to see the inside of the apartment. 😒😒
