We felt right at home, thanks in large part to the owners and staff. They were genuinely kind, offered great suggestions for what to see and where to go, and made the hospitality feel well above average. I was celebrating my 40th birthday, and they did something so thoughtful that it became one of my best birthdays in years. Himmelreich is a boutique-style hotel with a range of amenities and a lovely outdoor area. It was immaculately clean, which mattered to us. There’s also a very nice, upscale restaurant at reasonable prices, plus a great spa and a gift shop with a distinctive feel. The location works brilliantly for exploring the beautiful island from all sorts of angles, whether you’re into the outdoors, fine dining, shopping, or more. For a clean, lovely getaway that feels special and is still reasonably priced, I’d say Himmelreich is the best choice.

Everything felt warm and cozy, almost like being at home. The people are lovely and the service is fantastic. The Place is absolutely great, and I’ll be back soon. I’ve already recommended it to friends.

Michael & Remo are so welcoming and lovely. The rooms are comfortable and have a cozy little terrace, and this place is a real gem in Rigen. Its location makes it easy to explore the island. Highly recommend!

Michael and Remo are friendly hosts, and the modern rooms and excellent food make the stay even better. They recently moved here from Switzerland. I’ll definitely come back.
