A great family-run biker hotel with a wonderful history. There’s a secure place for the bike too. Highly recommended.

I felt completely at ease here. The hotel was really lovely, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Its fantastic location made it easy to get everywhere quickly. A very personal and welcoming experience ✨

The three-course dinner was simple but filling, and breakfast was good and enough, though there was only one kind of plain roll, baked differently each time. We stayed at the Hotel Riedel for a week as a group, using it as a base for motorcycle tours. The courtyard and motorcycle hall were locked at night, and the staff were friendly. Our rooms were clean and functional. We booked breakfast and the three-course dinner.

For the price, this place is fantastic. It's easy to reach by car or bike, and you can walk into town. The rooms are basic and clean, though a little worn, with no lift or fridge. There is a proper wardrobe and two chairs. The restaurant focuses on traditional meat dishes, but vegetarians are well looked after if they ask.
