First Inn Zwickau

The bed was comfortable and the lighting was excellent, though the room was very small. It’s a typical business hotel, convenient but a bit cold in feel. The location works well for an evening walk around the city center, but traffic makes it less convenient if you need to get outside the city. In my opinion, it costs too much for what you get.

The staff were the part we appreciated most, so friendly, cheerful, and lovely to deal with. A few colleagues and I had a very pleasant stay, with good quality and easy access, and everything was up to standard. The restaurant was pricey, but the food was high quality. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I travel a lot for work, and hotel stays can often feel cold, with service that leaves something to be desired. First Inn in Zwickau was a real exception. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and the rooms were fantastic. You’re only a few minutes’ walk from the market square and most of the city’s highlights. They made my stay in the city feel effortless. Five stars, and a shout-out to the wonderful staff. It’s a shame more hotels, even ones rated above four stars, don’t meet the standard First Inn sets.

It’s a medium to small hotel with a charming feel and a very modern touch. The staff at First Inn's of Zwickau are well trained, courteous, and informative. The hotel restaurants have excellent food and service, plus great views of the old village.
