We couldn't get into room 305 because the code wouldn't work. I regenerated it, but that didn't help, so we were left waiting outside. Support asked me to send a video of how I entered the code. With tired kids and no patience for emailing, filming, and explaining the problem, I booked another hotel. They rejected my refund request, and I lost time and money along with my faith in them. Maybe it was just a bad day or a general system outage, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Everything in the apartment was functional, easy to use, and thoughtfully designed. It was clean, modern, and right in the centre. The little kitchen and coffee machine were a nice fit. You can walk to several cafés downtown for breakfast, which made it ideal for a relaxing city break in Zwickau. Highly recommend!
