We found underwear and socks behind the sofas, and the jacuzzi was so dirty, with buildup around the jets and what looked like skin left by previous guests, that we didn't use it. We skipped the oven and other equipment too, though we were still expected to clean them. The kitchen oven had food leftovers, the air vents hadn't been cleaned, and both bathrooms had mold. Dust was everywhere, including the lamps we were asked to clean, which we did anyway. The house was spacious, but very dirty, and the beds left us with back pain. We booked for three days and had to leave on the second day. We chose to do the final cleaning ourselves and left the house spotless, much cleaner than it had been. We paid the electricity and water bill right after moving out, but they still kept our deposit without explanation. It was also so cold inside. They had little heaters for a huge house, and running them would just waste money on the electricity bill. Our children were cold, and those small radiators couldn't warm the rooms.
