The beds slide apart so easily that it feels like you’ve booked two small singles instead of one double. And the bar, which is very close to the regular rooms, is loud enough that its noise carries clearly inside. The heat is miserable, too. The sun shines into the room all evening with no shade, and the housekeepers leave the curtains open, so you arrive to a sauna. There’s no AC or fan, and even leaving the window or door open for hours and overnight doesn’t cool it down enough to sleep comfortably. Keeping the door or window open brings its own problems. The rooms are on the ground floor, so anyone could walk in. People from other rooms smoke right outside, and a small industrial building next door often sends black smoke from its chimney that smells like burning plastic. Trucks also make deliveries right in front of the door in the middle of the night, and would surely wake you if the window were open. The smoke smell hits you as soon as you enter reception. People are allowed to smoke indoors in the bar, and it’s disgusting. I hated staying here because of the noise, stink, and heat.

The rooms are very new, but that didn’t make up for the basics being so bad. The heat with no AC, the smell, and the noise from the bar were all far too annoying.

The location was poor, and the room was too hot and noisy.

A good place.
