The room was clean and pleasant, but the broken thermostat meant it was unbearably hot, and opening the windows didn’t help much. The kitchen crew talked and smoked outside until 2 in the morning, so the weekend brought little comfort or sleep. Food wasn’t what it used to be. The restaurant didn’t seem to be open, and although there was a menu posted, those dishes weren’t available. We got only the bland fixed kro menu. Breakfast was a sad buffet, and when the coffee ran out nobody made more. There seemed to be too few staff, and the people working looked very stressed. There wasn’t much Danish hygge here. The whole stay was a big disappointment. Never again.
