We had no sleep because people were drinking and playing loud music. The dishwasher wasn’t working and the kitchen sink was leaking. I was threatened by a guest staying here. I emailed and called reception, and found them rude. My wife and friends are staying here too and will also be leaving zero reviews. Avoid this place, don’t waste your money. This is an absolutely shocking hotel. In response to your email, I told your staff I have proof. I record my phone calls, and I also have a video of her being aggressive towards us after she scammed me out of two nights’ stay. Emails don’t lie, and neither do videos or phone calls. Would the hotel like me to update this review with the scam and threats? I have calls, videos, and emails to prove it. Let me know today if you want me to post the proof here so everyone can see who’s telling the truth. When I went to reception to get an invoice, your staff member was very aggressive. The reception cameras don’t lie. I’m still waiting for a response from the hotel. I also made a police report and can update this review about that. I’m going to put all of this over social media. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Avoid, avoid.

There’s a shop and a pizzeria nearby, though it’s a bit of a trek to the city centre. The kitchen is fully equipped and it’s a nice place to stay. I noticed dust in some rooms, in the corners and on artificial plants.

It felt more like a cheap apartment complex than a hotel, which is a shame because the room itself was quite nice. The location was what we expected, close enough to the city. But a loud neighbour drinking, smoking, and making calls on speakerphone from the balcony really spoiled the atmosphere. The thermostat was set to 25.5. With underfloor heating it took a while to cool the room to a comfortable temperature, especially since the neighbour made it hard to open the windows.

The area is pretty peaceful, with several cycling and walking paths close by. The apartment was standard in quality and had been cleaned well. It was quite hot while we were in Aalborg, and the rooms seemed to hold the heat for most of the day and night.

I miss the place now that I’m back home in the UK. I stayed for 12 days and had a great time. The service, quality, location, and value were all good. There was a hot, powerful shower, underfloor heating, and thick heat-insulating doors and windows. A five-star stay 😃❤️🥳
