Crimson Autumn Suites JP

I think the listing is misleading, with photos enhanced by AI. A few days before my trip, my booking name changed to 4Seasons - Vermillion Autumn Suites. Booking.com still showed both listings as available, and both had similar AI enhanced photos and information I found to be false. I’ve attached photos showing what the place actually looks like. Getting in was stressful from the start. I’d been sent codes for the building and room, but the building code didn’t work. I tried several times and walked around to look for another door, then contacted the host. They didn't answer calls or messages until I called booking.com 30 minutes later. The host said I was at the wrong door and only tried to sort it out after I sent a photo of the doors I’d been trying. They then sent me a photo of the app showing the codes were active and had started a minute earlier. There was no apology. I’d driven all day and was tired; getting through the very narrow gate was already a squeeze in my Mini One, so a bigger car could have a real problem. It was getting dark, I still couldn't get in, and the host blamed me for being at the wrong doors without first asking which doors I meant. I was only staying one night and just wanted a bed and bathroom, so I wasn't too concerned about the facilities. Still, I think people should know that several advertised things weren't there. The free toiletries amounted to hand soap. The bathroom was dusty, with clumps of dust on the floor, and had no shower curtain. It wasn't the bathroom shown in the photos. I found that bathroom on the ground floor on my way out. It was similar to the pictured one, but looked like a photoshopped version. The view was of the main road, not a garden, inner courtyard or lake. At 6:40am a bin lorry woke me while emptying huge street containers right outside the window. The owner can't change that, of course, but they could describe the view honestly. There was no terrace or garden at the property, and no sign of air conditioning. The kitchen had no kettle, tea or coffee, only empty containers that looked unused. There were pots, so you could probably boil water if you brought your own tea or coffee.
