There are lots of international students here. UCN usually asks prospective students on the application form whether they need student housing. They tick the box, then when they arrive, the school sends them here. It feels like the students get scammed, and without the money to take legal action, they can't sue the school for misleading them or fraud. I know because it happened to me too. If I'd been able to, I would have sued UCN.

There's nothing provided, not even matches or a lighter for the gas stove, and the bathroom has no hand soap. With so many students around, the kitchen and bathroom facilities for the huts can get dirty, sometimes far too dirty. One employee was a bit rude once, though the others are generally nice. I wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe it's better when it's not full of students.

We couldn't use the showers or bathrooms because they were so dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The cabins smelled and were dirty too, and the linen package we ordered was dirty as well. We slept in our clothes and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

The booking couldn't be refunded, and it wasn't made clear enough beforehand that bedsheets cost a significant extra amount. For a room priced well above what you'd expect, I thought sheets would be included.

Quiet, cozy, and clean. I found it a relaxing place to stay.
