Four Points Flex by Sheraton Aalborg

It's right across from the train station and beside the bus station. The basic rooms are clean, dry, and well kept, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful, and the beer was good too.

Being right next to Aalborg Central Station made getting around easy, and I'd happily come back after my five nights at Four Points by Sheraton. I kept the same room throughout. It was comfortable, quiet at night, clean, well maintained, and had what I needed for a longer stay. The team made things feel personal and easy, from check-in to check-out. Line, Mark, Kamilla, & Theresa were especially helpful, welcoming, and professional, along with plenty of others whose names I didn't get. The hotel was clean, organized, and well managed. Fresh towels and general housekeeping could have been more consistent, but that was a very minor issue and didn't affect the stay's quality. Service was consistently high, and it felt like the whole team took pride in their work. The current Google rating doesn't really match what I experienced. Strongly recommend, and I'd be glad to stay again.

A clean bathroom, and a handy location if you're taking the bus or train since both stations are close. There wasn't a kettle or refrigerator in the room.

It used to be Zleep, and the location is great, within walking distance of the city center, shops, and train station. The place looks nice, but the service and amenities need some upgrades. My room had two single beds and blankets, and as a solo traveler I'd still have preferred a full-size bed. There was no tea, coffee, minibar, or kettle. The only bathroom product was a 3-in-1 hand, body, and hair wash. It would've been nice to have separate items like conditioner, some tissues, and more than a paper cup in the bathroom. The food at breakfast was nice, but it stayed the same throughout all eight nights I was there. A bit more variety would help. It was a nice place, but it was missing the nicer touches, so next time I'd stay somewhere else.
