Four Points Flex by Sheraton Aarhus Skejby

For a short visit, the room works well: it's spacious, as is the bathroom, and there are towels, a hairdryer, a TV and a small desk. I did miss a wardrobe and better lighting at the desk. The hotel is near a tram stop, though it's a long way from the city center. There's a coffee machine in the restaurant where you can make tea.

We were left stranded and charged the full price for a night we never had a chance to use. We were traveling from abroad when train delays hit, and we wanted to reschedule, not cancel. The booking system wouldn't let us choose new dates, and the reservation was already marked non-refundable that morning. We couldn't make a safe decision without hearing from the hotel. The check-in was only guaranteed until 20:00, so we started trying to reach Four Points Flex by Sheraton Aarhus Viby at 14:09 about arriving late. I sent a message through the app and called nine times that afternoon, but got no reply until 18:30. By then, continuing the journey without knowing if we'd be let in felt too risky, so we turned around and went home. No refund has been offered, even though we did everything right. Staff not responding is unprofessional and dangerous when guests depend on contact. I'd strongly advise people to stay elsewhere. This was disgraceful and not what I expect from a Sheraton-branded hotel.

The beds, duvets and pillows were terrible, and the walls are very thin. Letbanen runs right outside the window, so there's a lot of noise. I'm surprised Sheraton would put its name on this hotel.

Breakfast was very minimal, and there's no restaurant.
