Radisson RED Aarhus

The hotel was adequate for a stay in Aarhus, but I was disappointed by how my invoice request was handled. I emailed in English and got a reply entirely in Chinese, with the invoice address entered as “China.” I have never mentioned China, don't live there, and am an EU citizen. It seemed like an assumption based only on my name. Mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated a simple apology. Instead, the reply said, “I don’t know why it’s in Chinese.” I expected more care and professionalism with customer details from an international hotel brand.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. It's a stylish, modern hotel in a great central spot, and made for a fun, convenient stay in Aarhus.

Breakfast was great, and both the room and staff were very nice. The one annoyance was hearing the elevator go up and down while I was trying to sleep.

The towels had a noticeable, unpleasant smell, including the ones in the gym. The material seemed good quality, which made the odor all the more disappointing. The gym itself was tiny and poorly equipped, almost as if it had only been added to tick a box. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. I liked the modern decor and the well-designed rooms, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The rate is high, though that seems in line with prices in Denmark. I stayed one night at Radisson RED Aarhus. It's a stylish place, but some details could be better for the price.
