The location worked really well for me, right in the city center with everything close by. Breakfast had everything I asked for, and the service was good. The room itself was clean, but could use some repairs: the make-up mirror was broken, the shower floor tiles were cracked, and using the shower leaves water all over the floor.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, Dec 2 instead of Friday, Dec 5, and paid 2500 dkk for a nonrefundable room I couldn't use. When I called the hotel after 21h, they said they couldn't help and told me to contact the main office the next day. The main office in Sweden sent me back to the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager, who decided to refund the money, and it showed up in my account the following day. I'm a Scandic member and really appreciate them doing that for me. I already liked staying at their hotels, and now I like this one too. Thank you.

You can walk to lots of places in Aarhus from here, and the breakfast is hard to beat. There's a wide range of delicious, high-quality food.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and breakfast was nice. But for 150€ a night, I expected more: the carpet was terrible, there were bad smells and odd noises, and the lamps were broken. The bed was soft, the old shower was tiny, the TV didn't work, and there was no fridge.

The rooms are a little worn, but the location and service were excellent. From the 3rd or 4th floor, there was a wonderful view of the city hall and aros moma.
