It’s a lovely spot to unwind and switch off for a bit. My partner and I stayed at Friheden Hotel in Bornholm and really enjoyed it. The facilities were beautiful, but it was the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel at home and made the visit even better. Breakfast was delicious, and having it with a sea view made it extra special. I’d definitely come back 😀

We especially appreciated how friendly and attentive the restaurant staff always were. The manager on duty also went out of his way to help customers with requests, even when things seemed difficult. We’ve been very happy with the hotel’s personnel, and we loved the pool and sauna too.

The indoor pool and sauna really top things off. It’s a great place with a very nice location and facilities. I’d love to come back. The breakfast buffet could have had a wider selection, though.

The staff are helpful and friendly, and the location is great for Hammershus, the Opal Lake, Slotlyngen and the lighthouse. Those are all really beautiful places. There aren’t many young people around, but the rooms are nice and have a great ocean view.

Everything else was good, but I don’t understand why the linen can’t be changed every day. Showering can also be tricky, since water leaks onto the room floor.
