The room was lovely and on the quieter back side of the property, which we appreciated. What really made this one of our favorite hotels was the atmosphere and the staff’s genuine care, especially when our daughter hurt her foot. They also get the small things right, from the honesty bar and complimentary coffee to an easy, relaxed check-in.

The Falcon Hotel restaurant is on my list of places to return to. The food is high quality, and the staff are kind, respectful, and attentive to details. It has a pleasant, peaceful feel, with nature and harmony served impeccably. Some people may find the decor strange, but tastes differ. Keep up the good work, everyone. I recommend the restaurant at The Falcon hotel.

I’m on my second night here and have really been enjoying the relaxed ambience. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful with our questions. The rooms themselves are so-so, but the service and delicious food are the real highlights. I’d recommend staying here.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay and would love to come back. The hotel’s overall atmosphere and decor especially impressed us, with a sophisticated style reminiscent of Africa in the past and fitting background music. The staff, mostly international, were attentive and friendly. Our relatively new, well-equipped flat was in a guest house attached to the hotel, with terraces on both sides for enjoying time outdoors. The main building served a balanced and very generous breakfast. The hotel borders the water across a street. We stayed for some wonderful days at the beginning of September 24, though one late-night event with loud music disturbed us a little. Sabine + Mario Neu, Germany
