We did get moved to a better room, but all we received was a new key. No apology or compensation. The bathroom in the first room had aggressive black mold, and the whole room smelled moldy. What makes it worse is that they apparently have decent rooms available and just don't use them when the hotel isn't full. I've never seen a room this disgusting. We're never coming back.

The owner and customer service were perfect, and the free extra breakfast was a nice bonus. You can make your own food there. The place is nice, though maybe a little old.

The room was OK for a hotel in a small town, but the lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes as soon as we walked in. The staff weren't especially friendly either, and we won't be back.

We had a large, clean room, and the balconies offered a good view. The hotel is in a very good location, in a quiet area.

A quiet, nice place to stay, probably more suited to elderly couples.
