DreamCenter Ballerup Boulevard

It was okay.

Wow!

There wasn't a single good thing about this place. No hot water, no heat in the rooms, lots of noise, and no lights outside. Just awful 🤮. Stay well away. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

The worst part was how noisy it was. We could hear guests upstairs walking past our rooms, and it kept disturbing our sleep. Then a couple who were sure they'd been given our room tried to come in, after getting confused by the room directions too. We'd paid for two double rooms but were given one large room with a double bed and two single beds in separate spaces in that same room. It felt like a storage room, with things placed about at random and lots of patchwork. The instructions for finding it were really poor. There weren't any towels, although they were supposed to be provided. The bathroom needed a lot of attention too. Someone had brought an unknown amount of sand or dirt into the shower, and the toilet mat was soaked. We'd told ourselves we'd just stay the night and accept that things weren't perfect, but it turned into an incredibly bad experience. Even one star feels too generous.
