Hotel Lautrup Park

The rooms were clean and nice, but breakfast was a bad experience. I paid for it when I arrived. My family and I got up at 9, and although breakfast closed at 10, we arrived just ten minutes before closing. At 10, a woman told us to move out and eat elsewhere or she'd take our plates. I've stayed at lots of hotels and never had this happen. I didn't like the staff's attitude.

The restaurant is very pricey, and you have to pay extra to use the gym. The rooms are quite nice, but the showers look old, as do plenty of other things around the hotel. It feels a bit greedy to me.

After flying in from Spain, I stayed here last month with my partner and had a really comfortable stay. It was clean and calm, breakfast was fresh, and the staff were very polite. I'd give it 10/10 and recommend it.

The bedrooms are nice, though a few things need attention. The shower doors need cleaning, and there are issues with the showerhead and hairdryer. The lamps are awful and right in your face, and one blocks the TV screen. The television was a disaster, with barely a couple of channels. Everything was in Danish. I was lucky to find an old series in English, though it was boring. There were a couple of songs on one channel where I could hear music, then it disappeared. Security didn't feel great either. Someone from room service opened the door directly, so I barely had time to grab a towel and cover myself. I was very unhappy about that. The bigger problem, though, was the woman at the Réception. She didn't believe what I told her, didn't want to hear it, and was dismissive the whole time, then terribly disrespectful. It's out in the countryside, away from everything. If you have business to attend to and have a car, you'll be okay. I've added photos and details in the comments below instead of writing it all here. I'd give the place three stars and would come back, but only with a do not disturb sign on the door!
