LEGOLAND Pirates' Inn Motel

We picked a Ninjago cabin and it suited us perfectly. It was cozy, with one double bed and a set of bunk beds in two separate rooms, plus a kitchenette stocked with what you might need. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us all the information we needed. We'll definitely return! 🥰

The breakfast buffet was shut on our last day, and nobody had let us know, which marred the trip a bit. The room was clean and to a good standard, with enough space and good mattresses. There was no refrigerator or hotel safe in the room.

We had a wonderful stay in the log cabins. They were beautiful, welcoming, warm, clean, tidy and comfortable, and the village itself was lovely. The bathrooms were clean, warm and very well organized. The dining room also serves as the kitchen. There’s a beautiful, well-equipped supermarket, and the restaurant was excellent, with generous, delicious dinner and breakfast. The village is a great size for kids, with lovely playgrounds, go-karts and trampolines. It’s close to the sights and the city. We had a great time and would recommend it.

The location is handy for LEGOLAND, and we liked the LEGO brick play areas and treasure hunt. But we spent two nights at the caravan campsite and found it neglected compared with other parks, especially given the price. Our pitch had such thin grass that the mesh showed through. The toilets and showers were dirty, the showerheads were loose or spraying the wrong way, and the water was barely lukewarm. When we told reception about the lack of hot water, they immediately knew which shower area we meant but blamed us, saying perhaps we'd showered too late and used up the hot water.
