Clean and good. The beds are comfortable, and the room has a refrigerator. There’s also a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so it has what a person needs.

I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but my stay turned out really well. Even though I arrived late, someone helped me get my room code over the phone.

The room was dusty, the table especially, and there wasn’t even a glass for water. My co-worker and I had booked rooms with double beds, but got single beds, and the rooms looked nothing like the ones I’d booked. We called the number they sent us, but nobody picked up. The stay was far below the standard I expected, and I definitely won’t return.

We arrived without an email or text giving us the code or room number, so we couldn’t get in. There’s no reception or anyone there to help, and we had no Wi-Fi yet and no phone reception to call. Luckily, a lovely young Danish man helped me and another group of people. Without him, we’d have been stuck. They should have a phone guests can pick up to reach the people in charge. There’s no cleaning service, though you can usually find a cleaner in the halls around 8 or 9am.
