Breakfast was decent, especially the fresh bread, cheese, and meat. The room itself was spotless, though it wasn't quiet: we could hear people talking and snoring in nearby rooms while trying to sleep. Thin curtains let the early sun wake us up. When we arrived, we got a key right away without showing a passport, but nobody explained where breakfast was or how to use the Wi-Fi.

It was better than I expected. The staff helped with a request that wasn't standard, and everything was clean and looked after. Just don't come expecting a luxury stay.

The room was okay, though on one day housekeeping left it looking like the picture. I was here for a conference because the town was fully booked, and the distance is a real drawback. We chose not to rent a car because of alcohol responsibilities, so took the bus in the morning. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the center, while a taxi back is around 300 krona and takes 15 minutes. Probably best to stay here only if you have a car.

We got there at midnight after finding that the emergency number wasn't answered when we arrived after the 9 pm check-in time. We ended up booking a different hotel, a 40-minute drive from Odense. It made for a very unpleasant experience.

The room was nice, and breakfast had müsli, Nutella, fruit, and breads. I also watched Monsters INC & University in German. I can't speak the language, but I liked it. The walls are a little thin, and the place is a bit far from the city. One thing that bothered me: the room cleaner emptied the bin and took the mandarin I'd saved on the table. :( 🍊 It was good value, though, and I'd stay again if I visit Denmark. Just please leave my mandarin alone.
