We barely slept because bugs were everywhere, including little beetles crawling up the walls, and we spent much of the night worrying they'd get into bed with us. The owner was very kind, but said no other guest had complained. We found the whole thing really disgusting and didn't enjoy our stay at all.

We spent a wonderful week on North Funen, enjoying the beautiful nature and taking a trip to Æbelø. At Æbelø-guidens B&B, Ulla was a caring, fantastic host who had plenty of good ideas for outings nearby. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a cozy older style, its own entrance, and a lovely basement setting. Breakfast was delivered to the door and was wonderfully generous: homemade bread and jam, fruit, eggs, cold cuts, skyr, and more. Definitely recommend staying here 😊🥰👍

Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. The owner clearly does her best, and she speaks German well. Her English is enough for basic conversation, though not fluent. The basement room felt a little closed in with just two small windows high up. I'll try somewhere else next time.

The breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom was excellent. Our basement room worked well for the two of us, with a private entrance, and the hostess was incredibly nice. It's a little off the beaten track, though it is still on the Margurite Route. A cozy place.

We slept really well in the good beds and were rested for our hike on Æbelø. Such a peaceful, lovely spot, and breakfast was a real treat 👌👏😀
