The room turned out much larger than we expected and fit all four of us comfortably. Sharing the bathroom was no trouble since there were several stalls, and it suited the historic feel of the building. The staff were very nice, and the town itself is a gem. Breakfast was amazing, with bread still warm and fresh. A very cool place to stay.

We booked more than a year ahead for a family reunion, but on arrival were given two single beds pushed head to head instead of a double. When we asked for another room, the lobby manager was unfriendly and called us ridiculous. The front desk staff were terrible, and there was no warm welcome. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

I was there for a family brunch rather than an overnight stay. The food was very good, especially the delicious homemade smoothies, and the hotel had a calm, relaxing setting.

The food and service were good, but the rooms were extremely worn down. The door to the room next to ours had been kicked in.

The food tasted good, but eight of us had to share just two bowls of pasta carbonara. We thought each person would get a bowl, so that amount was far too little. It might rate two stars for the food, but the portion size felt like one. Not a good place to eat with a big group :/
