We've booked here a few times and it's definitely worth it. The location is great, the beds are really comfortable, and staff are always there if anything goes wrong. I'd definitely recommend it.

There were ants everywhere in the room, including in the bed. In the morning, the sink was full of thousands of them.

The rooms are nice and spacious, but that's about it. There's no reception desk, so everything has to be handled by phone or email, and they don't respond properly. Probably the worst service ever. If something goes wrong, they WILL NOT fix it.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and we had a lovely stay while in Denmark. The main issue was getting around: it's 30 minutes from Billund, and taxi fares were extremely high. Service was poor too, with no staff or reception desk available when we had issues during the stay.

The hotel cancelled my prepaid booking a day before our stay, even though I'd booked and paid a year in advance. They gave no reason or apology. There was a big sporting event in the area at the time, and finding somewhere else for a few nights cost us an extra 2000€. Disgusting behavior. I wouldn't trust this hotel to keep your booking. Choose somewhere else.
