There was no fridge, and the room didn't have air conditioning. On a warm summer day, even with a small fan, I had to open the window to get some fresh, cooler air. On the plus side, the area was beautiful and quiet. Breakfast was OK, though there wasn't much variety and I'd have liked more fruit. There are loads of activities, especially for kids, including mini-golf, table football, football on grass, a trampoline and sand volleyball. You could spend hours relaxing or doing things together. I'll go back.

The breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but the quality was really good and there was something for everyone. We had a terrific two-night stay with our children, aged five and one. The clean, nice rooms suited us perfectly. There were lots of activities, especially for slightly older kids, but our days were so full that we didn't have time to use them. I'd definitely recommend the place and would stay again if we're in the area.

The area looked amazing, though I didn't get time to explore it properly. The staff were helpful, especially with EV charging, and breakfast had a pretty good range of options. The rooms felt dated, with too few plug points and bathrooms that weren't the best looking, but I didn't find that too troublesome. For the price, it's a pretty good place to stay, miles better than anything in Billund 😬

Dinner at the buffet was okay, but not worth 175dkk. We would’ve been better off driving to a pizzeria. The location worked well for visiting Billund, and the outdoor areas were nice. There’s free parking, and it’s child and dog friendly. But don’t stay here in summer. It was 22 degrees outside and at least 30 in our room. The little fan just pushed the hot air around, and there were no blackout curtains, which made things worse. Staff said hotels in Denmark don’t have blackout curtains, though we’d had them at previous hotels. They gave us blankets to put over the windows. We slept really badly in the roasting room.
