Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers by IHG

The hotel staff noticed my IHG Status when I redeemed my IHG Points for the whole stay, and gave us complimentary breakfast. The buffet was good, especially the danish pastries, pickled danish herring, and juice shot. Our room was a good size and clean, with an extra bed for my kid. I was delighted to get the 23th floor and a good city view. Thanks for the hospitality and great service. It's near the train station and Field’s Mall, too.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety, and the hotel felt clean and vibrant. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and I liked seeing people there who spoke several languages, Arabic included. Really great experience overall. Only downside was the gym closing at 9 pm.

We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, and both the food and service were top class. On another day we met a customer and were given complementary coffee for the group. The rooms were clean and well kept, with plenty of coffee supplies and a spacious bathtub. Our room was on a higher floor with a breathtaking view, where you can basically see Sweden. It was my birthday weekend, and the staff were accommodating, helpful, and kind at every turn. There were a few lovely surprises, and the breakfast staff singing happy birthday was a highlight. Best hotel experience I've had in my 40 years on this planet. I hope to visit Copenhagen again soon and book here.

It's still a solid 4* star hotel, and it remains my go-to when I visit Copenhagen. The location is excellent for getting to both the airport and city centre. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and the café on the ground floor by the gym was really nice. This was my fourth stay, with my first back in 2014. The place hasn't changed much and is still high quality. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and the beds are especially comfortable. The bathroom is good, but this time there was dirty mould all over the shower head, which we had to try to clean ourselves.
