The hotel is clean and well kept, and the train gives you a direct route to the airport. I stayed over the weekend to get work done. It's near the station, though expect some walking or a taxi to reach places. I usually stay closer to the city centre, but you can also take the Metro into town.

The room was clean and cozy when we first arrived, and the hotel is very close to the Metro, supermarket and Field's shopping centre. We stayed 11 nights and requested cleaning twice, but service was disappointing. The stained sheets hadn't been changed, and the shower gel was completely empty and not refilled. The mattress was very thin, which was a bit of a culture shock, and there was no fridge. The TV wouldn't show local channels. I asked about it four times and never got a follow-up. Decent room, but don't expect much service.

We had an easy, trouble-free two-night stay and no complaints. The place was clean, staff were friendly, and it's conveniently close to a Metro station with a mall nearby. Burger King is right next door if you don't feel like walking. Breakfast isn't included, but the buffet seemed worth the extra price.

Noise made it hard to rest, especially with the neighboring residential building where tenants sometimes held loud gatherings. One party outside went on late into the night. The hotel is also near a major road, so the area is noisy, and sleeping with the windows open in warmer months is difficult. For a long stay, I wouldn't recommend it, especially in summer. Housekeeping was an ongoing frustration. My room often went untouched unless I asked directly, and even then I had to wait. I left for hours without the 'Do Not Disturb' sign and came back to find nothing done. I got different explanations, including that deep cleaning only happened Tuesdays and that they'd get to it 'eventually'. I had to keep following up and rearranging my plans. There were few facilities for long-term guests: no laundry machine or guest laundry room, no mini-fridge, and no cooking facilities. I asked twice to have food microwaved. They did it once, reluctantly, while stressing it was 'not allowed'; the second time they said there wasn't a microwave at all. The staff's attitude felt unfriendly, and the manager in particular came across as tactless, dismissive and rude. Staff generally wouldn't greet guests unless spoken to first, which felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Breakfast was basic and repetitive, maybe enough for a short visit, but it got dull quickly during an extended stay. The inconsistent service and limited amenities made the whole experience tiring.
