At checkout the next day, the manager accused us of making the stain, even though there was no evidence. His own employees had checked it and told us it was already dry, so it had been there before our arrival. Rather than admit to a housekeeping error or deal with it professionally, he blamed us. His manner was indirect, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful. We were being accused of something we clearly hadn't done after finding an unhygienic problem that shouldn't occur in a hotel room. It was completely unacceptable and left a very bad impression. Cleanliness problems can happen, but management's response was unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and trains managers to treat guests fairly and respectfully. We had used the room for about 1.5 hours after checking in when we noticed a small, clear, dry feces stain on the edge of the bed, hidden by the blanket. We went straight to reception and politely asked for fresh sheets. Instead, staff moved us to another room, which we appreciated at the time.

The hotel sits between Øresund and Lergravsparken St. metro stations, so getting to the airport or city center was quick and easy. I was also glad they could store luggage. Small bags cost 30kr and large ones 40kr, prices I couldn't find anywhere but at reception, and it meant I could explore Copenhagen without carrying everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping me with everything, which I really appreciated. We only stayed one night. The room was tiny, but fine for a comfortable sleep, and everything was clean, comfortable, and new. I was surprised that soap was provided but shampoo and shower gel cost 10kr per bottle at reception.

The bar is on site and reception is open around the clock. Everything was clean and new, including the room and bathroom. It's also really easy to get to from Copenhagen Airport.

It's a pleasant place to stay in Copenhagen. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small, so finding room for big suitcases can be tricky. It can get a little noisy at times.
