Hotel Copenhagen Apartments

We only stayed one night for a few hours of sleep, and it didn't feel up to standard. The mattress itself was very dirty and uncomfortable. Street noise woke us from 6 a.m. I thought the booking pictures meant our private room for two had its own shower and toilet, but those were shared and outside the room. Free parking was the only good thing for guests with a car. I don't recommend it.

We left because there were no other rooms, and nobody at the hotel was available to help us inspect ours. On arrival, we found mold and stains on the mattresses, including yellow liquid stains underneath one. Later, when we asked the receptionist for a refund and explained what happened, they seemed unconcerned and didn't even apologize. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I strongly recommend avoiding this dirty hotel.

There was no receptionist when we arrived. I called Hotel Copenhagen and spoke with a Swedish person in Sweden, who couldn't help us get another room. Our room was dirty, the bed had been used, and the toilet was very dirty. The rooms were bad and not worth the price or the two stars they claim.

The elevator made a horrible noise, and internet costs extra. There were no private toilets or bathrooms in the rooms, and the public ones were very dirty. The whole hotel smelled bad as soon as you entered, like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I wish guests wouldn't book without knowing what it's like. This was the worst hotel experience I've had.
