The breakfast spread was amazing, and the location was great, with the metro a 10-minute walk away. I stayed for 10 nights, but the room was very basic and could have used an interior upgrade. It got really warm at night, as if the AC wasn’t running, though a small fan was provided. Honestly, I don’t think the room had been thoroughly cleaned before I checked in. The hotel atmosphere felt rather dull, especially in the lobby.

If you have trouble sleeping, this room may not suit you. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear the person next door snoring. There was construction noise outside every morning around 8:20 a.m. The room facilities were basic, and the old floor had scratches everywhere.

The bed was good, the place was clean, and breakfast was nice. But I couldn’t control the ventilation from the room, and I don’t think it was working. We had to sleep with the window open.

The rooms were comfortable, and I liked the gym and breakfast. It’s a short bus ride to Bella Centre, while the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. Just be aware the restaurant is closed on weekends and the bar is shut on Sundays.

The conference rooms were very good, and the restaurant and bar service felt top level. Everyone was so nice, and the hotel is in a good location. Really good service, I’d definitely recommend it! 👍🏻
