Sleep & Go Copenhagen

The “room” was in an underground basement, and it was a nightmare. The stairs, outside table, kitchen and bathroom were all dirty. The linen seemed suspicious, the small “window” was dirty, and there were spiders and insects. There was even dirty underwear in the garbage inside the room. I can’t describe how disgusting it was. Run away. I recommend the Copenhagen municipality inspect this place and shut it down because it damages the city’s image. 🤢

It wasn’t super cheap, so we didn’t expect a place this nasty and cramped. There was no toilet or shower in the room, and it was very cold. Brown marks and water stains covered the walls, and the bed sheets had holes in them. The one toilet and the shower are downstairs by the house entrance, and the toilet was dirty. The showers have curtains but no doors, which felt unsafe and weird. At least we didn’t find any dead animals in the room.

Disaster, that’s the word. The rooms are small, and the toilet was a mess. There was no hot water, and when you turn on the tap to wash your hands, the water leaks straight onto your feet. I’d give it minus one star if that were possible, so this is the rating instead.

The whole house felt damp, and there was no privacy since sounds from around the house carried into the room. My room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was a mess. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here. A city hostel would be a much better choice.
