Ibsens Gaard

For the price, the rooms are small, basic, and a bit dated, but they have what you need. You also get a shared kitchen and dining area, with shared bathrooms. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful, and there are plenty of extras available. It’s easy to find and well placed in lovely Ebeltoft, a great budget stay.

After some winter hikes in the Mols mountains, it was lovely to come back to Ibsens Gaard, warm up, and have a good coffee. The hosts were really nice, and I felt at home during my two days there, even though it was a little out of season and I was traveling alone. The large shared kitchen, with its table, chairs, and sofa, made a cozy place to spend time. You can buy coffee, tea, soda, beer, and wine on site. Ibsens Gaard is also close to Ebeltoft’s restaurants and attractions. I was there because I wanted to hike some of the routes during my winter vacation. Thanks from Nysted 👍

Everything was extremely clean, and the hosts were so lovely, kind, and helpful. A truly wonderful place. Highly recommended ❤️👍 Regards, Marianne and Claus.

We had the whole rental section to ourselves, including the communal kitchen, and had a lovely family get-together. The kids enjoyed the rooms, we had food delivered, and the kitchen worked perfectly. Everything felt clean and cozy, and Ane was a sweet hostess. Thanks for letting us use your lovely place. I’d recommend Ibsens Gaard to friends and acquaintances.
