The restaurant food is delicious, and they’ll make something for you if they don’t have what you want on hand. I had the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, nice, and had very comfortable beds. It’s a beautiful location near the airport. I was there for business, but would definitely return for pleasure.

We live nearby and have celebrated several family events at the location across the street, "molskroen," with no problem. About a year and a half ago, though, I tried to arrange a birthday party here, and the communication was so complicated that we gave up. We recently called to book a table for 10-14 people. It took several calls to get an answer, then we were transferred a few times before a woman said they served only one dish. We asked about the "Brasserie" and were told it had a menu with different items, so we tried to reserve lunch for the next day. They said we could only do that if we paid the entire bill in advance, not just a deposit. I wasn’t going to ask my friends to choose their meals online, send them to me, then call the "Brasserie" back to place and pay for the whole order. I asked if we could just arrive the next day, and was told that would be possible. When we showed up, happy to see each other and have lunch, the receptionist was on her mobile in the office and only responded after I said good day. We asked for a table for 11 and she said it might be difficult. She checked with two or three people in the restaurant, where about four tables were occupied and the rest was empty. After a lot of back and forth and skeptical looks, they said they could fit us in, but told us to introduce ourselves to the restaurant staff. There, we were told we’d have to sit at two separate tables. We asked if they could be pushed together since there was plenty of room, but were told management wouldn’t allow it and wanted the tables left as they were, even though the restaurant was only around 30% full. We decided to spend our money elsewhere and won’t return. If this place didn’t have a wealthy backer, I’d expect it to be out of business. Looking them up on proof.dk, I see they’re in voluntary liquidation. I guess that says it all. The restaurant may have started with good intentions, but if the staff are trained to keep customers away, it won’t work. Good luck. I hope the region finds new people who know service and "gastronomy".

Very good Danish contemporary food at fair prices, with professional service in a really comfortable atmosphere.

The food is really good, and while it’s still not cheap, you get what you pay for. The prices aren’t as exorbitant as at Molskroen proper.
