Aasesminde

A lovely, peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with clean, cozy rooms and very welcoming hosts. Breakfast was okay, and it was nice to be able to make coffee or cocoa in the living room. We’d happily come back. A bedside reading lamp, a little table between the beds, and a few more power outlets would have been useful.

We stayed for two nights while attending a wedding at Svanninge Church. The Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful, idyllic setting, and the landlords were so friendly. It was really cozy, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. 👍👌🌻🌾🌞

The breakfast was just right, and we could choose when to eat, which made everything feel so homely. My friend and I had been recommended Aasesminde, and from our phone call onward we were made to feel welcome. Kamilla and Torben weren’t there when we arrived, but getting parked and finding our rooms was still easy. They both came to greet us later, even though it was fairly late and they’d been out serving other people. That was lovely of them. I also want to thank Kamilla for a perfect pedicure, her care, and her good advice. I’ll try to remember what she recommended. I’d warmly recommend staying here, and if I’m back on FYN I’ll come say hello. At my advanced age, though, I can’t be sure I’ll make it. We felt at home with Kamilla and Torben, who are such lovely hosts. The room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast table had everything we needed. There’s a cozy living room if you want to sit inside, or you can relax in the garden with the horses in the background. Thanks for a lovely stay.
