The kitchen uses good ingredients and turns out really tasty food. A charming, cosy hotel too. Highly recommended!

8/10
The room was on the small side, and the bathroom felt dated and was hard to air out, so it smelled a bit. We also missed having a kettle, though the restaurant gave us hot water for tea. The bed has electronic adjustment. There’s a large free parking area out front, a few private spaces behind, and a public transport stop right outside. A free swimming area and pleasant promenade are close by. Breakfast had a good range of bread, sausage, cheese, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. The hotel restaurant serves good meals in the evening, and the bar has different beers and liquors. Staff were friendly and polite. We’d stay again. Faaborg is a quiet, pleasant city with a nice view.

The building is a gorgeous old one, the food was great, and the portions were really big. Right across from Faaborg port. Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever had.

Dinner is delicious and has an old-fashioned feel. The place is very central, so it’s easy to get around to different parts of the city.
