I’m absolutely furious about how this reservation was handled. I was going to Made In Denmark and deliberately tried to book early, but after waiting seven days for a confirmation I couldn’t find another place to stay. I emailed on September 4 to reserve a single room for May next year. On September 5, Ellen said there was one room available on the dates I wanted and asked whether I wanted breakfast. I replied that day, then heard nothing. After I followed up twice, I finally got an email on September 12 saying, “Unfortunately, the room is rented out for the whole week.” That was all she wrote, without even giving me an address. If someone wanted to book the whole week, it would have been respectful and honest to tell me right away. I’m very disappointed with this treatment.
