The cabins are clean, comfortable, and very affordable, and the staff are genuinely helpful. Dancamps Trelde Næs is about a fifteen-minute walk from some of Denmark’s best fossil hunting beaches. Shark teeth and vertebrae are the main finds, though you might also come across fossilized fish, birds, or turtles. I’ll definitely return.

We rented the safari tent for five people, and it was a really nice experience. The weather was cloudy and rainy, but soaking in the cold rain was something different. We’d love to go back. 💯😮😍

The playgrounds and outdoor swimming pool are nice, and the location is great. Still, it feels more like a campsite than a holiday resort. The cozy houses are very small and noisy, with just one bedroom. WiFi was absolutely bad, and the little supermarket barely has anything, with no vegetables at all. You really have to drive to a regular supermarket, though it’s only ten minutes away.
