The breakfast had all the Danish morning comforts: coffee, tea, milk, juice, rye, white and wholemeal bread, cold cuts, cheese, jam, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, and a little something sweet. Just delicious and cosy. You feel welcome and appreciated here. The setting is lovely, with woods, a stream, and open fields nearby. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with a nice toilet and shower. The beds are big and comfortable to sleep in. The staff are really sweet, friendly, and helpful.

We’ve stayed at a few bed and breakfasts, and this is one of our favourites. The rooms are larger than in other hotels and very clean, with nothing to complain about. The owner is friendly and accommodating, and told us about the history of the place. Breakfast was lovely too, with freshly baked bread, boiled eggs, and other tasty things. There’s a real charm to the place, and you could easily spend the whole day here. The surrounding area is beautiful as well. We’ll definitely come back. Such a hidden gem.❤

The rooms are large, newly renovated, and well equipped, and there’s a lovely little river nearby. We had takeaway dinner in the garden. A great stopover, or somewhere to spend a few days off.

The Herregard and its surroundings, along with the atmosphere, gave the place a magical feeling. It was a really nice stay, and we’ll come back for longer next time.
