Hestkær Family Rooms

The staff were kind and even helped us get Legoland tickets at up to 50% off. The shared kitchen is very large, so there was plenty of room to cook or have breakfast. Our room was spacious and suited 4-6 people. Kids have lots to play with, both indoors and outside, thanks for a really good stay!

The staff took time to help with all my questions, and their advice was useful for the rest of my Denmark plans. There are lots of activities inside and out, including billiards, PlayStation, table football, ping pong, outdoor chess and mini golf, plus some cute animals outside. We drove from Copenhagen, and although the booking site described a camping caravan, I called the manager and got a better rate by booking directly through their page. He also helped arrange a camping spot with electricity included. The place was clean and pleasant indoors, very good for kids, and we got a 50% Legoland discount. Really friendly and helpful, I'd recommend staying here.

The owners make a real effort to give families a great holiday, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We've stayed at many good family places, but the attention to detail here stood out. There are animals, several playgrounds, a wooden fort, trampolines, loads of games and Lego, and children's books. Every family room has a PlayStation. Probably the best place we've stayed with kids so far!

We had a great time and hope we can come back. The whole place is run by a super friendly family, and there's a huge amount for kids to do, from playgrounds and mini golf to vehicles and PlayStation. There are even farm animals in the garden. Our themed room was spotless, very spacious and fantastically equipped. I'd give it 10 stars if I could, perfect with kids!
