The owners and staff are super friendly, and there are good dinner choices in the nearby village of Haderslev, including Mad. We stayed in a nicely functional room above a stable or barn. Breakfast is served in a shared room, with a deck at the same level where you can lounge or watch the sunset. It’s a lovely countryside getaway, conveniently just off the freeway if you’re driving through or visiting the area.

It’s wonderfully quiet, and Haderslev is close enough for a short drive or a moderate walk. The rooms are set up really well for a comfortable stay, with all the options you could want. Fantastic bed and breakfast in a great location. A must-stay area for anyone visiting southern Denmark.

A very cosy, pleasant B&B out in the countryside, a few kilometres from Haderslev city.
